Once we receive your payment, we dispatch packages within 2 working days. Shipments are handled by trusted national and international couriers, complete with tracking. We’ll send you a link so you can monitor your package online. Please note that deliveries are made on working days only.

You can request a cancellation by contacting us at +91 8000135135 or emailing us at info@gwalia.in at least 3 hours before our daily dispatch time of 3:00 PM.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, as long as your order hasn’t been packed or picked up yet.

Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns.

But if your order arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry! Just contact us on WhatsApp at +91 8000135135 or email us at info@gwalia.in within 24 hours of delivery.

We’ll do our best to make it right, whether that means a refund, a replacement, or another solution that works for you.
